Alien Std( cant figure out whats wrong)

Late December 07 I had unprotected sex, with a now X friend, and started having problems a couple weeks after. The first thing I noticed was that it burned sometimes when i would urine. i also noticed was that my penis was stiffer than it usually was. I noticed that my penis was undergoing subtile physical changes. The shape changed a little, my penis has curved more to the right, the veins were much more visible in its flaccid state. When I would have an erection i could tell that my penis wasnoticiblythicker and harder when erect and veins were much more noticible than before. First I didnt want to tell my mom so I went to thefree clinics. Myurine test was neg. but since I have symptoms I took a one time dosage for Chlam/GHon, and a one time dosage for Trich and I was treated for urethritis. Probably in Feb i noticed that my balls looked a little off also. My urine still burned and I still have a dull burning feeling in my urethra even when im not urinating. I remember for a while it seemed like i ejaculated very little and it hurt to ejaculate. Alsomy balls became extremely swollen after. The swelling in my testicles went down and my burning pain still persisted. Just to note I am HIV negative. I finally broke down and let my mom know.  The first urologist I went to was at kaiser, I once again had a urine analysis and I had my first culture. He proclaimed that I was fine and that this may be due to anxiety. perscribed me Azithromycin for a 5 day treatment. I went to a second urologist who was very abrasive and thought that nothing was wrong with me. And i have a physical manifestation of something psychological. They each said that my flaccid penis was def stiiff. went to er. urine test posit. for leukocytes neg everythig else. doc thought i may have epididymitis. put me on docy and cipro 4 two weeks. The regiment will end 2morrrow.  still have burning and stiffness. penis seemed softer after treatment but is back to how it was before. Testicular Ultrasound 2m.

I would like to help you, and I can tell you are suffering.  But unfortunately there is nothing I or any distant online expert can do.  No STD causes the symptoms you describe, and it is very unlikely that an unknown ("alien") STD exists that can cause such things.  Further, you have at least three urologists; if they cannot explain the problem, certainly I cannot.

Perhaps the most important thing is to stop searching for answers that are not likely to exist.  Decide which of your medical providers provides the best combination of sensitivity to your problem and medical skills in solving it, then stick with that person.  It is hopeless to believe that online searching, or an online expert, can solve the problem.  Whatever else, you can be sure that no STD is the cause.

Sorry for the slang, had to fit in all the words. The 3rd urologist said that i was fine also. The fact is i feel the burning right now and its not imaginary....I'm really asking you to please challenge the fact that I have been written off and try to step outside of the box because I'm running out of hope. I know something abnormal is going on. I also did drink alcohol 2 times during my treatment...if that has any effect on anything. I dunt understand this...i took all of these antibiotics and nothing is helping. my penis did seem to be a little less stiff after the treatment of cipro and doxcy. Also note that my penis smells a little more than it used to. after some treatment i think things have gotten a little better since I do not have to take showers twice a day.

Note that the reason for the word/character limit is to require that questioners include everything in the initial question.  However, I saw your follow-up comments before I replied above.  They do not change my opinion or advice.

Thank you for your amazingly quick response. I was going to send a follow up but the website closed. I don't think I would give the urologists I have seen that much credit. I was just hoping that you might have stumbled across something like this before and may have an answer. I know it is very hard for you to help since this is being done online. Do you think this may be caused by my adrenaline? I used to run track all the time...this is why i discredit that theory. I'm having my ultra sound today, is it possible for me to post a follow up with the results?

There is no point in posting any further diagnostic test results.  My expertise, and this forum, are strictly limited to STD issues and clearly you have no STD.  I will just say, in response to your "adrenaline" question, is that most or all of your symptoms sound like they could well have a psychological origin; I doubt there is anything physically wrong.  Otherwise I will have no comments about possible diagnoses or opinions about test results.

Thanks...I talked to someone about this and they said they knew someone with the same symptoms and it was a hair sized hernia that was around some blood vessels in the penis. But it STILL burns when I pee...I can feel it especialy now since im off of docy and cipro...
