STD?

Hello I have had sex about a week ago with no protection, I have noticed in the shower in the last couple days that i have white pimple like bumps all around the lower head of my penis and they are arranged in rows but do not completely go all the way around, maybe ust over half way around, and in addition I have a flat red spot on the top of the head of my penis that looks sort of like a rash, neither of these hurt nore bother me, just noticed when i was showering the last several days, could you possibley tell me wether it is serious or what it could possibley be?

Because not everyone presents with the same symptoms where STD's are concerned, some have none at all in fact,therefore after unprotected sex the only way to know for certain is to be tested by your Std/Gum Clinic.
Pimples an rashes can be caused by many things not neccesarily an STD so get checked out to be sure.

You won't dodge the bullet forever with unprotected sex so Play Safe in future

Google pearly papules and see if that fits.

I did the google found pictures for pearly papules, but mine are much much smaller... like pin sized white heads

I'm stumped.  No std that I know of causes symptoms like that, or that small.
