Treatment plan

Can anyone of you suggest the treatment plan for a 69 year old female patient where the tests conducted says that her-2-neu is positive,node negative and cellular duct carcinoma.

The best option for obtaining the proper treatment plan for the pt. you mention is the treating Oncologist. He/She will have all the records and is the best one to formulate a treatment plan for this individual.
