This may be a case of urticaria which is a skin manifestation of an underlying allergic reaction. Were you able to identify any known triggers?
For how long have you been having this?
Is the condition persistent or has this resolved already and just recurred?
Also, is the rash relieved by the medications?
If there is a strong family history of asthma and allergies, I suggest that you seek consult with an allergologist for a skin test just to identify possible triggers.
