Since I've turned 30 I noticed I'm sweating alot more before and during my periods..I also have mood swings that are effecting my relationships with others..I have alot of physcial pain in my legs and back and feel over tried some months and other months I'm fine..I more than often have mood swings around this time that make me feel very sad ..sometimes for no reason..I'll be watching TV and the way someone says something will all of a sudden bring this saddness over me that sends this choking feeling in my throat and makes me wanna cry..I try to control it but sometimes it very hard..I also find it hard to eat because the smell of food makes me feel ill..A friend of mine suggested it maybe this PMDD and told me I should try the new birth control that helps with this..but my problem is I have been told by dr.'s not to take birth control seeing I have recovered from lupus..So if it is PMDD what else can I do to help? Or is it something different I'm experencing all together?
