Pinching feeling at end of penis, urethra

by frightened:(, May 13, 2008 12:29PM
I few weeks ago, I participated in mutual masterbation.  I may have gotten some of her vaginal fluids on my penis as after touching her, I touched myself.  After the fact I wish I hadn't and felt badly about myself.

Intiailly, I thought I felt tingling at the under base of my penis.  My doctor  said it looked fine.  Since then, that's subsided and not I feel a mild tingle at the end of my penis, maybe into the urethra.  It's difficult to tell as when I feel for it, I can't pinpoint its location.  I again showed a doctor who said it looks fine, maybe a bit pink, but to her it looked like normal discoloration of a normal penis.

It doesn't hurt to urinate and it doesn't hurt while I masterbate (by myself!); it actually feels good.  Whenever I'm  sitting, walking or otherwise being, I feel the pinching or otherwise uncomfortable feeling.

Any ideas?

You can't pass an std by mutual masturbation.

If you are still having these symptoms, its time to look beyond an std as the cause.  Perhaps your prostate is inflammed, or you have a back injury or even a hernia.

I believe my prostate is fine.  It was fine before the incident anyway.  No family history either.

What else could the irritation on my penis tip, maybe urethra mean?  Is a typical "redness" quite red or is pink indicitative of issues?

I've read that there is no risk in mutual masterbation, but be aware that there must have been vaginal secretions involved - I fingered her a bit, had her fluids on me, then stroked myself.  She did herself and touched me afterwards too.  Do the involved secretions skew your answer even a bit?

Nope, most mutual masterbation results in some fluid exchange.  Still nothing to worry about.

Your best bet is to see a doc.
