Well I am not sure where to start..I had gallbladder surgery in 2002..I had it done laparoscopic and then 2 days later was admitted back into the Er for horrible pain and after28 hours they found that 2 of my bile ducts had nicks in them, yes doctor did it...Well then from there on my life has been full of surgeries..I had my appendix out, I also had a hysterectomy, several laparoscopies, and many more..The problem is I am currently only 32 years old and I for some reason develop adhesions horribly...So I have bben in to have them lysised down and now here I am again with same problems and now bleeding when I have a bowel movement, swelling of my abdomen, and left upper quadrant pain..So I went to the Er 1 week agao and they found a small sft tissue mass on my jujunum, and moderate amount of fluid in my pelvis....They sent me home with pain meds sadi not to worry, and to get a colonoscopy done with upper Gi test......Should I worry????? Help !!!!!!

Hi There,
it sounds like you have had a very complicated time. If the pathology reports on all your surgeries have been benign, then it is likely that you have more adhesions causing the current problem.

In all your surgeries and admissions, is there a doctor whom you have worked with that you like and trust?
You should go see that person and go over all your surgeries and reports so that you can get a better understanding of what is going on right now
best wishes
