Thank you for your height and you are average height for a 13 year old. As a 13 year old, you stated you have not gone into puberty. Once you start, you will start to grow upward and may develop a muscular build. You can help your muscular build now by starting to slowly work out with weights and do strengthening exercises. You can eat additional food and drink 1-2 milkshakes a day to help gain some weight (which I do not know if you need to really gain more weight because you were unable to state your weight). Right now you are in a “between” stage, going from childhood to teenager and your body has not caught up yet. Some people are naturally thin due to a higher metabolism and you maybe one of them. Best of luck.
