Blood Clot?

I am a 21 years old fairly healthy guy. About 3-4 days ago I started having circulation problems in my arms. Usually it was only after I woke up that I felt this. But now if I keep the upper part of my arms close to my body it feels as though something is cutting off the circulation and my veins become very prominent. But if I lift my arms a bit it goes away. I have also felt some aches in different areas of my arms. Just recently I have started getting this a mild discomfort in my right armpit. Could this be due to blood clots?
