Post/Op - Stiches Removed

I just had stiches removed from my face ( I had a squamous-cell removed- everything is fine )...I was wondering when I can start jogging again...I want to make sure I do not affect the healing process-  Thank you

I doubt that jogging will be a problem.  The risk is tension across the wound that would result in a wound separation.
