Do I have genital warts? and what should I do?

I have never had any form of sex with anyone. I cant remember how long i have had them, mabey 1-3 years or so, but the bumps are on the middle part of my penis on the shaft and they are skin colored with a little bit of redness but not really noticable at all, they are about the size of a small pimple, they are group together and there are about 7 of them and some look round and some look little mountains i guess, they dont hurt, i am very confused as to what it could be mabey genital warts but i still havent slept with anyone or done anything of that nature and i have research a little and i have read up on molluscum and i just want to here what you might think it could be. also, i dont know if this has to do with it, but about a week ago i got a swollen lymph node in my genial region and i just want to know if that is linked to it.
