hello doctor..i've been having some pretty weird symptoms as of late and i'm quite scared..I had my first hiv/hepatitus/herpes test about 4 months ago after spotting some weird scab-like spots on my penis..turns out i tested negative for all std's and the dermatologist told me it was just psorasis...anyways, as of recently i've lost around 10 pounds for no reason, i have a loss of appetite, and every morning and late evening i have pains in my upper stomach that just makes me feel like i'm really really hungry, yet i'm really not... I have chrones dx. but i have not had a flare up since 1996..i'm in my early 20's and scared as i never have unprotected sex, but i do have alot of partners... I don't know if this is sex related, chrones related, or something else..but obviously, the first thing i think is "oh my god, i hope its not aids"...most likely it's just all in my head..but based on those above symptoms..what do you think it is??

I would follow up with your doc about chrons, and if it makes you feel better, test for stds, but stds wouldn't cause these symptoms.
