I'am a transexual that has had silcone put in my breast an face by an non physician, at whats called the pumping party some peoples have died behind this, these are individual putting industral or medical graded silicone in body to make us look like woman but unfountly i have got some bad cases in my face that has left me looking like a moster an my breast are terrible iam looking for someone a plastic surgery who could correct this for me i dont have any money so iam looking for pro bono service, if you are a doctor reading this an need pics i could email you some to seee my case walking around like this is very depressing...

Direct injection of silicone gel has a long well known history of disaster due to inflammatory reaction and migration. Excision (or partial excision) is the only solution.
