Slight burn when urinate

by crafty11, May 14, 2008 01:08PM
I have been feeling a slight burning sensation when I urinate and ejaculate.  I had unprotected sex about 2 weeks ago with a girl, and a couple of days after that I started feeling this burning sensation through my urethra.  It's not an intollerable burn, but a slight sting-almost a tickeling feeling.  I have done some research on what it might be, and I guess I'm just hoping it's not an STD.  What does this sound like?

The symptoms of STD's may be quite subtle. You need to see your primary care physician and get tested for those that give urethral symptoms. If something is discovered, you should be tested for all the STD's as often people contract more than one at a time.
Until then, please do not have sexual intercourse or any sexual activity as you might infect someone if you are infected.

Hi crafty11

Sorry to hear about it, but let this be a lesson. I am sure you will never make the mistake of having unprotected sex again. Prevention is better than cure always.

It could be STD, or a simple urine infection. Please see your GP, or a physician. You need to get urine routine and microscopic test and culture and sensitivity test of urine, also culture and sensitivity for STD diseases. You have specific tests for HIV too which you can take. All information will be kept private.

Only a test will clear all doubts.

Best
