I'm I at any risk....
I have many scraps and small cuts on both my arms, if some HIV infected sperm were on my hands and I rubbed my hands on the cuts, is there a risk for HIV infection? I shear a house with someone who is very sexually active. I am worried when he washes his hands after masterbation or a sexual act with his partner, that the tap handels may have traces of sperm on them.
I'm I at any risk? I hate to live in fear of this.

If you cant accept that then you need counseling for OCD.
