What do I have?

CRP HS  .78
Rheum Factor <20.0

I know I have Raynaud's, but my fingers and hands, toes and feet hurt all the time.  My fingers and toe look like breakfast sausages everyday.  They hurt and I'm very stiff.  I'm tired, no energy whatsoever.
