cylindrical power

i am 23 year old working professional ......i had cylindrical power of .5 in both my eyes for last 2 years......i have never weared glasses in these 2 years....but now my number has increased......my right eye has number of .75 and left eye got 1.25 .... i never had a headache because of this..........i dont want to wear glasses or lenses.....is it fine ? or should i only wear them while watching tv or reading books ?

You can wear glasses on an as needed basis and if you don't feel you need them you don't have to wear them.
