by Doris51, May 14, 2008 07:10PM
I WAS PUT ON PREMPRO LAST WEEK.  WITHIN 3 TO 4 DAYS I STARTED NOTICING MY HEART WAS SKIPPING BEATS.  IT BECAME MORE FREQUENT APPROX. DAY #5 AND HAS CONTINUED EVERY SINCE. MY LAST DOSE WAS THIS PAST MONDAY AND I AM STILL HAVING THIS ISSUE.  TODAY I AM ALSO NOTICING I AM SLIGHTLY SHORT OF BREATH.. WHEN I GET STRESSED I HAVE THE ISSUE OF THE SOB.  DO YOU THINK THE SKIPPED HEART BEAT IS RELATED TO THE PREMPRO AND IF SO HOW LONG DO I NEED TO DEAL WITH THIS.?  THIS IS SOOOOOO  ANNOYING!!!!!

Yep, I'd bet money that it is b/c of the hormones.  Prempro is made from pregnant mare hormones so I am sure it is making your hormones go a little crazy.  Hopefully when it all gets out of your body things will get back to normal.
