cscr and its underlying effects

by ballali, May 15, 2008 07:15AM
iam a 36 year old man , was first diagnosed with cscr in 2004, my sight was ok till couple of months back ,but now it seems some more underlying effects have cropped up namely enlargement of bling spot , double vision , bubble like spot in cenetr of the eye , halos around lights and difficulty in focussing the things .I can really feel the uneasyness while viewing and of course in the dim lighted places it is worse. What bothers me is the progressive nature of this vision loss .Every morning I wake up I see grey spots near the blind spot of the eye and they are growing by the day.So far so long its not reflected in the perimetry test reports but I can really feel now .Its not the same size it was a month back , it has cerainely increased. Please help.

Your symptoms are ALARMING. You need to see a Eye MD ophthalmologist retina specialist ASAP..  Central serous chorioretinopathy doesn't usually be have like this and if it is the CSCR you may need treatment..
