Genital Warts

I am advised by the Dr. to go for surgical removal of warts .But I don't want to go for that.Is there any effective home remedy to cure them?
I researched a lot but can't figure out what's the best option.

I wouldn't try anything at home, especially if they are anal warts.
You can try getting a second opinion though.
