THIS MAY SOUND SILLY, BUT I WILL ASK ANYWAY.MY BOYFRIEND WAS DIAGNOSED WITH HCM ABOUT THREE YEARS AGO.  I ONLY MET HIM 6 MONTHS AGO SO IM JUST LEARNING ALL THE DIFFRENT SYMPTOMS OF THIS DISEASE.  HE RECENTLY STARTED GETING FULL BODY HIVES.  THEY SOMETIMES ITCH BUT GENERALLY THEY DONT. THEY LOOK LIKE BUG BITES.  CAN YOU PLEASE TELL ME I F THIS CAN BE ASSOCIATED WITH HIS DISEASE.  IN DETAIL PLEASE.  THANK U FOR YOUR TIME.  IM VERY WORRIED

Absolutely not, however, hives are usually associated with medication use.  If there are any new meds that he is on he should have them examined by his PCP.
