Please... tell me

Hi... My situation is this.... I had a healthy baby boy 4 months ago, yet I am still bleeding, its not heavy bleeding, there's no odor and I dont feel sick in any way. Is this something serious? The bleeding stopped for a week and then started again. I am healthy also but I was told that I have 2 small fibroids, could these be the reason for my prolonged bleeding? Should I be freaking out??

Hello,

Follow up with your ob/gyn.  The bleeding could be related to your pregnancy (e.g., retained placental tissue) or may have another etiology.  Go have an evaluation with your physician.

Best regards,

It could be related to your fibroids, but you really need to go back to your doctor to find out what's up.  You could also develop anemia if you have been steadily bleeding for so long.

No need to freak out, but do go see what's going on.
