Swimming pool eyes

by cjj327, May 15, 2008 03:39PM
Over the last little while i have been experiencing visual problems.I keep getting visual disturbances like there is water on the edges of my glasses obscuring my vision. This does not go if i blink or rub my eyes but does not feel like an aura of a migraine.I suffer with severe headaches over my left eye socket and any headache starts here but the visual blurring is very recent and usually that left eye.moving my eye does not move the disturbance and it does not follow with a headache.I take no meds but am Bi Polar currently untreated and have had a major solpadiene addiction in the past.Apart from that i remain relatively well.Any ideas

This sounds suggestive of a visual migraine, but you should see an ophthalmologist to make sure that something more serious is not to blame, such as transient ischemic attack or optic nerve or retinal abnormaility.
