As I usually say, if you are concerned, speak with your Doctor.
Can you define what you mean by an Irregular Heartbeat?
In extension to that, rhythm disturbances, such as Premature Ventricular Contractions (PVCs), especially with meals that tend to be very filling, are not an uncommon cause of increased PVCs. Try eating smaller quantities over a longer period of time and see if the problem continues.
Another cause of irregular heartbeat may be the Autonomic Nervous System, and the input from the Vagal Nerve (see Vagus Nerve on Wiki) threads along the esophagus and extends to the top of the stomach. I have a disorder that periodically causes me to experience PVCs as I swallow. I have been told that it probably is due to Vagal Stimulation.
Lastly, electrolytes, such as Potassium and Magnesium, can alter your heart rhythm. Unless prescribed, I would avoid taking anything but the Recommended Daily Allowance of the various Vitimins and Minerals that are available. Some vitamins can be taken in larger doses without much concern, but others can cause harm in some people, even when used as directed on the bottle.
Be well.
