I can see you have a bad case of allergy. Must be troubling you a lot ! Have you taken any medication? If yes, I would like to know what they are.
The lump in your armpits could be swollen lymph nodes due to your allergy. They can be boils due to infection of hair follicles. They could also be swollen lymph nodes due to other problems like lump in your breast, if you belong to the fairer sex.
First of all get yourself examined by your GP. You will need to undergo a few blood tests and allergy tests. And if you are a female, (your profile is missing) a breast examination is a must.
Your allergy must be controlled first with antihistaminics and other anti allergics, but under medical supervision.
Please keep me posted of the developments.

You could be having lymph nodes enlargement in the arm pit region - this could be secondary to some infection, using a new deodorant, shaving or waxing, etc. Try to avoid the above and see if it helps the swelling to subside.
You also have sinusitis - you should take some steam inhalation, saline nasal drops and oral antihistamine medications like loratadine or cetrizine and see if it helps with your symptoms.
If your symptoms still persist it would be best to consult a doctor and get a proper clinical evaluation done and see if a course of antibiotics and other medications are required.
Let us know about how you are doing and if you have any other doubts.
Regards.
