Minor Acne Indentaion

Hi, im an 18 year old guy with minor acne. I am on medications right now which have helped clear up my face but i did get a zit in the middle of my forehead slightly above and between my eyebrows. Being the stubborn person i am, i popped it and then picked it which seemed to have caused what appears to be a small indentation. It is very noticeable and is red. It is not very deep but still deep enough to be considered some type of indentation. If anyone has any advice about what i can/should do to heal this please let me know. Thanks.
