dear doctor
i am a sufferer from long time about 10 yeras.i had done endoscopy before 7 years and doctor said i had reflux oesophagitis
now prob is when i remain empty stomach there is amild pain.in the morning i donot have appetite for breakfast i feel fullness in upper tract.i also get stomach acid popped up in to mouth often before passing out stools i get pain.also morning time some mucus comes out from food pipe.my age is 31.what cfan i do .i am taking omeprazole 20mg from one week is it ok.are there any risks plz help.also when i have severe tention acid secretion is there.also sometimes bp rises.plz help.also some bad smell water collects in my mouth whole night
