hot water sensation traveling thru testes

Lately four to six times a day i get this feeling of hot water or a hot flush traveling thru my scrotum and testicles. It lasts just a few minutes but its very strange Or its like someone with a hot hot hand is cupping them It doesnt travel anywhere but that area. What could that be? I am 48 and always been healthy Its worrying me a bit
