Help with finding the best phsycians

I need to find good urologists abroad and my first my most immediate way of doing that was via the internet. I'm close to Europe and have been surfing the European Association of Urology site. Unlike the European Society for Vascular Surgery's site the EAU site doesn't cite a member's list, or at least I was unable to find it.
I have Peyronie's Disease, and as it is a highly specialized and relatively rare condition, I need to be certain of finding the best doctor I can.
If anyone could help me with a members list, or contact information of Urologist in Europe, I'd be much thankful.
