Not Psyching Myself Out; Something is Wrong

Almost 4 months ago, I had unprotected sex with a high risk partner.
Now, I am negative for every STD one can be tested for-- Gon, Herpes, Syphilis, Trich, etc., , yet I still a) experience burning in my penis b) have identifiable painless, plaque or lesions on the head of my penis (2 circular formations, side by side, about 5-6mm each).
Any ideas on what I could possibly be experiencing?

The only suggestion I have is to have your doctor do a biopsy or culture of these spots and a prostate exam.
You might also make sure you are drinking enough water, and not too much alcohol or caffeine, as that can cause burning with urination.
