HCG is actually a compound made of a pregnant womans urine. They give it to women trying to become pregnant in much larger doses of course. But taking those and a very strict regimented diet, it appears some people are losing weight with it.
B12 is a natural vitamin that is in your body already and as you get older you can deplete it, stress can do it also, as well as some meds.
I have read of a few who are losing weight with just the B12, but it's slow and mainly because of the energy boost it provides.
I take Lipo B injections, they are B12, and three naturally occuring amino acids. They cause your liver to ramp up and get rid of fat storage. I took my first one just over a week ago, I have lost about 6-7 pounds already, but more phenomenal than that is the amount of inches I have lost (especially around the tummy where most of mine is).
Hope this helps. You can google all of the above for more information

I failed to say that my Dr. said he would be giving me the injection once every two weeks. I have read many of the forums and it seems most people are taking these shots anywhere from every 72 hours to once a week. Not sure if that is prescribed by a Dr. or is self induced. Also not sure if Dr. administered if that it is based on what you currently weigh or how much you need  to lose. I will be asking this question at my next visit which is this coming Wednesday.
