Are headaches normal?

by kmh86, May 16, 2008 10:21AM
I am constantly getting headaches (a few times a week). I believe the headaches are due to not eating on a regular schedule. If I don’t constantly eat something my head will hurt sometimes it gets to the point where my head hurts so bad that I get nauseous and throw up (about once a month).

I am a student and when I’m in school I eat on a VERY regular schedule because meals are served at a certain time. However, now it is summer and I work I can’t eat at those same times.

Is there any thing I can do to prevent this? Is this a sign of diabetes? Should I see a doctor?

Migrains will cause vomiting.  Stay away from caffein. Hunger could be bringing your headaches on.....have something even if its something on the run.

headaches can be caused also by high blood pressure which some people get having diabetes.so if you keep having this go check your blood pressure at a drug store see if your blood pressure is at a normal rate.then if thats okay some times seasons can cause headaches sinus and allegeries.being a diabetic we must drink water and try to keep plenty of fluids in our bodys.try those things and see what happens okay.

High blood pressure is called the silent killer because there is usually no symptoms.  Frequent headaches are not normal, you need to see the doc.
