Still having pain in lower back

In march of 2007 I had a fusion of the L5-S1 with no relief of pain. finally got another opinion and had a fusion of the L4-L5 it releived the pain going down my right leg but the lower back pain is worse. I beleive there is no science to medicine at all it seems to be a cut and hope thing. I am fed up with surgery I wish I would never had the first one. I live a life of complete misery and have just about had all I can take. My question is when the weather changes I can tell you 3 days before it is going to rain and I am practicly crippled to the point I can not get out of bed (could this be arthritis?)

Perhaps lower back pain was due to soft tissue injury that surgery didn't help.
