Ankel Problem

I fractured my ankle 21/2 yrs ago and it still hurts i can not relax my ankle or it aches really bad ive been to the doctor and they said there wasnt anything wrong and it wasnt broke..lol yea i knew that..lol but i have a huge knot on the top of my foot i dont know what it is and they dont either..It is really bothering me i dont know what to do i cant sleep or walk for long periods of time i just dont know what to do and the doctors tell me something is not wrong..I just dont know what to do..Thanx
