hi my son is 22 month old he has been vomitting after every meal for past one week. not all of it some it. im not even over feeding him. and hes feeling perfectly alright.

It could be an acid reflux problem. Does he eat a lot of acidic foods? He needs to see a doctor to find out what is happening for sure. Recently my son has been doing this because he has started eating too fast (he's a growing boy on the verge of puberty.) These are just a couple of suggestions until you see the doctor.
