MISSED period

Hi there.

im 26 mother of 1.

my period is 2 weeks late now,
i have done a pregnancy test it was negitive.
i also went to the doc to confirm the result, and again it was negitive also.
my periods are normally so regular.I cant get my head around what it could be as nothing is different.
no stress e.t.c.

is there a chance i could be pregnant and the tests were wrong.

please could you give me some answers?

Yes, the only sure way is to check a blood pregnancy test called a quantitative beta HCG that you doctor can order.
