We've not chatted, but I know you've popped in from time to time. Can you update us? Did you get the TN dx from a new Dr? I'm sorry I can't remember where you are at right now, and if you ended up going to a new doc, etc.

Are you on meds for the TN? Did the itching start w/the meds?
Re-welcome to the forum, tell us a little bit more if you can. The only thing I know to do for itching relating to an allergy is an anti-histamine. But again, that's if it's allergy.
ttys,
SL
p.s. Oh, and don't scratch that itch! Makes it worse usually!!!!!! Rub, pat, cold water, etc.. ..
Ok, May 2nd pcp dx the TN, however he did not give me any meds for it. The itching has stopped for now. It was just weird, my head face and some on arms and legs, there were no bumps or spots or swelling just crazy itching...thank goodness its gone.
This is my 3rd episode of symptoms in a year and 1/2. been to pcp 4times over this and have been sent to 1 neuro, brain and spine mri, blood work all normal. next month it will be a yr since brain mri. go back to pcp at 1:45 today, hoping to get appt set at UK MS Clinic. PCP has mentioned MS twice now, but neuro that I wnt to in feb. did not. I am really worried about these symptoms, they are progressing and the TN, it just scares me. I hope this time I dont get the "everything is normal, so you are ok"
thx
