I fell from about 9 feet to the ground about a year ago i have had two MRI's the first one did not show nothing but the second one almost a year later show this High intensity Zone Of the Posterior Annulus i want to now what this is and how it is treated i am having bad lower back and radiating pain down my inner right thigh numbness in my toes and sharp stabbing pain in my knee plz help me

hi, HIZ(high intensity zone) of the lumbar disc on MRI in the patient with low back pain could be considered as a reliable marker of painful outer anular disruption,so even you current have back pain without disc herniation ,but you should find  right treatment ASAP,in case problem getting serious.

Without physical examination,I'm sorry I can't give you more accurate suggestion,you should go to see reputable orthopaedic doctor.
