white rough spots

Last year, I have discovered tiny white spots grouped together and positioned on my left wrist. I didn't really paid much attention to it until i found a new group of it in the upper part of my arm. Now i also have another one in my neck. They're small like a pimple but are white and grouped together and are sort of rough. I haven't done anything to cure it since i don't exactly have an idea what it is. Can you tell me, what it could possibly be?

Hi,

This could be allergic reactions to unknown substances, skin hypersensitivity, eczema, dermatitis or sun rash or contact dermatitis.

Do you notice the lesions trigerred in response to a specific stimulus like sun exposure, some substance related to your work place or your watch or something that you wear in your neck?

You should try to keep the area dry and clean. Try some powder to absorb the sweat.

Apply calamine lotion at the site and take some oral antihistamine medications for your complaints.

If the symptoms are still persistent, consult your dermatologist and get a proper clinical evaluation done.

Let us know if you have any doubts and keep us posted on how you are doing.

Good luck.
