SMALL FLESH-Colored bump on lower abdomen

i shaved along my lower abdomen, under the "underwear line" "under slant" and it turned really red with small bumps and itched alot. Then about 6 months later i now see one small whitish-flesh colored bump that looks like a wart. But its very easy to move around if picked up with two fingers. Very small about 1/4 of an inch. It can be lifted up and stretched around. But is very very small. It isn't sore or anthing. I would really like to know what this is. By the way i'm not currently sexually active. But I'm very scared that skin-to skin contact could have given me gentil warts(Hpv) Please what is this is this a wart? Its whitshesh-skin corlored very small and very easy to move it around, its not ichy sore or painful its just there in my lower abdomen/groin area. Right under the slant seperating things from stomach. ONly one by the way.

It would be best to get a proper clinical examination done by a doctor to find out the cause of the lesion.
Nothing can be said with surety without having a look at the lesions.
Till you see a doctor, you should wear lose , comfortable clothes, wash the area with fresh water, apply calamine lotion at the site to help soothe the lesion.
Let us know about what the doctor advises and post us about how you are doing.
