Should I worry?

by pameladawn, May 17, 2008 04:00PM
My father recently passed away, and had suffered from 4 heart attacks.  Because I have been having sometimes severe heart palpations, and sometimes discomfort around my heart, I talked to my family doctor.  He treated my father and suggested that I have Stress Test just for future measures.  The results are back and are as follows:
My age 49 female
METS and a peak heart rate of 156 bpm.  Blood pressure response was normal with peak pressure of 172/90.
Normal sinus rhythm, rSrprime, nonspecific T wave abnormality
MYOCARDIAL Perfusion Imaging shows a moderate size moderate intensity apical defect which was fixed.  Wall segments did appear to contract normally, overall systolic function appeared intact.

I have a normal blood pressure of avg. 105/65 and do have dizzy spells I have always associated with when my blood pressure drops really low (85/50).
