XanaxXanax Xanax xr is only for short term useage, It begins to lose its effect after a month or two and if continued you will still have to take even though it is doing nothing for you. What your doctor is doing is just giving you something for instant results, whilst he waits for your longer term tablet to take effect. If he is a good doctor he will take you off the xanaxXanax Xanax xr soon enough. Before you become hooked on them. Or he may decrease the xanaxXanax Xanax xr over a period of time. Because they do have withdrawl effects depending on how long you have been on them. But don't give up. Stick with his plan. I'm sure he knows what he is doing. Let us know how it goes for you. Best of luck in your recoveryRecovery position - series.

No problem at all. Just have a chat with your doctor when / if he tells you to stop taking the xanaxXanax Xanax xr. It might be best to do it slowly. Don't just come off it straight away in one go. That might leadLead poisoning to increased anxietyGeneralized anxiety disorder Separation anxiety Stress and anxiety. Only you and him know how long you have been taken the xanaxXanax Xanax xr for. The buspar will be the long term tablet. But you will be fine. No doubt your quality of life will lift again and will you begin to enjoy things again. The forum is always here for you.
