I understand your concern. At this point, this does not sound like a penile fracture. You may have slightly bruised the penile shaft hence the pain that you have noted. Without hematoma or discoloration and with the ability to maintain an erection, a penile fracture is unlikely.
I suggest that you have this assessed by a urologist so that a complete physical examination and assessment be done. You may take pain relievers for the pain and do note for any change in the appearance of the urine and ejaculate. A dark tea colored urine and a change in the color of the ejaculate may suggest an underlying infection or a more extensive injury.
