It seems that you’ve been through a lot. It is good that you are keeping a positive attitude despite the complications that you had to put with.
A clinical trial may be best for you. You could try to look for a cancer center (these are usually attached to a University hospital) in your area and see if anything is up. There are a lot of drugs undergoing development in oncology, while trials may be difficult for rare diseases, most institutions would have a preferred protocol.
