My right ovary has been hurting and it has been hurting more after orgasm. I have HPV and HSV-2..... I am in the process of finding a doctor right now..... but, I just wanted to know if I should really be worried about this. I have been told I have a cyst on my ovary before... so,I just figured that was all it was.

I definitely have had painful intercourse, whether it is from my cysts or fibroids Im not sure. You should get a doc and get a thorough physical exam to check all possibilities of what could be going on.
