Nissan wrap complications

by jsturz, May 18, 2008 12:56PM
I have had 2 nissan wraps since 2005.  I came down with a yeast infection in my esophagus on April 24th, 2008.  My reflux has come back.  It is so painful.  My doctor put me back on Prilosac but it doesn't work.  I'm having a mobility test on May 21st.  My throat can't handle the acid coming up and now I'm throwing it up. Everything I eat comes back up.  I cringe every 5-10 minutes from the acid even the next morning when there's nothing in my stomach.   I can't keep anything down.  HELP!!!!  I don't know what to do.

If you've got a yeast infection, some of the pain may not be from the reflux - it may be from the infection which can be very uncomfortable in some. Hopefully, your doc is also treating the yeast infection.

Are you following a GERD diet to try to slow down the effects of the reflux?
