Hello, I am an American citizen and I will be going to college in Canada for three years. They have some basic health insurance that is included in our

School-age children development fees. But they are kind of iffy on pre-existing conditions.
So I am looking for a plan that will help cover my prescription costs, as well as bi-yearly office visits to a specialist.
I am also seeing a psychologist for

Separation anxiety
Stress and anxiety and ADD.

Color vision test
Lasik eye surgery
Normal vision
Photophobia
Refraction test
Scar revision
Vision - night blindness
Vision problems
Visual acuity test would be nice as well.
I am not too concerned with coverage while in the States as I will be spending most of the year in Canada.
I have a lot of research, but I was wondering if anyone had any advice about health insurance providers or even if I should be looking for a provider here in the States, or in Canada.
The insurance provided by the college is CampusCare, International Student Health Insurance Program provided by Manulife Financial.
