what should i do ?

Dear Ms/Mr
I am married and have one baby, both me and my partner are healthy and have no disease such HIV or PID ..etc last week and that was the first time i had anal intercourse with my wife and mistakenly after i pulled out my penis from her anal i pentrated in her vagina however i will never ever repeat that and i will even not practicing anal intercourse again ...do you think there is any disease or bactria transmitted her vagina due to what i did ? if so what should i do ? what sort of disease may she got? shuold i stop having sex with her at this stage ?

Im not sure of the problems that can stem from this activity (probably bacterial infections) but I do know that it is a no-no to have anal and switch back to vaginal without cleaning the penis throughly.

I would say she is fine, but it is not a good practice to go from one to the other without a condom or cleaning the penis first.
