dieting and shakiness, weakness, sweats, light headed

hi was wondering if i was having a hypoglycemic reaction from dieting on jenny craig and teaching fitness classes.
i took my sugar at work after having an episode and it was 83 on the glucometer. i guess it was hypo
during my toning classes after squating or doing something intense i get very fatigued and light headed many times during an exercise. I recently stopped teaching cardio classes one night because i cant get up the next day feeling well. i feel like a brick hit me the day after. what could be happening to me? is it my sugar levels or diet 1200-1500 cals per day or is it a low pulse my pulse is 57 and bp 120/60 sometimes 90/54
