ok after i have sex with my girlfriend my balls sting for a period of time right now there stinging and i want to know why i cant figure it out. Well when i have sex i do not *** i do hold it in so i can last longer i thought maybe that was a factor to this but i just want to make sure. well are you ejaculating at all? cause if your not getting off at all thats a problem. also if it is rough you might be hitting them harder than you realize.

I would think if you were not ejaculating at all, you may want to finish it yourself or with her help if you are not wanting to ejaculate during intercourse.
